Eagle 204 Owen Jacobs passed away on Septeber 4, 2007.  Obituary

ASM Ken Bowers passed away on August 26, 2007 (with Epsilon Prime T35 mug and hat by his bedside) obit

Ben Egerton Sr. (Father of 4 T35 Eagles) passed away. He and Jackie were foster parents to at least two generations of Troop 35ers. I’m sure there would have been fewer finishers in the 40 Miler, without their hot soup and clean socks at the 30 mile point. We will all miss them.  Obituary

Eagle 56 Sandy Hepner lost his fight with cancer after several years.  Obituary

Eagle 294 is running for the Maryland House of Delegates.  website Article 1 Article 2

Eagle 11 is running for US Congress in W. NC.  If you know anyone that lives in W. NC, give them a call and get them to vote for John!  You can visit his website at www.armorforcongress.com.

ASM Peter Agre wins Nobel Prize.  Link to article on the web.

June 14, 2005, JACQUELINE MAHL EGERTON passed away. She is survived by her spouse, Ben Egerton, sister Linda Cope, five children (Eagles #s 112, 138,156 & 182) and 15 grandchildren.
A note from Eagle 173, Mrs Egerton played a key role in my younger years.  She was my science and math teacher in 4th grade and went far out of her way to make sure this dyslexic student understood the work.  A few years later she knitted my Eagle Scout hat.  She will always have a place in my heart.

Former ASM Fred Grey passed away in August 2005 after a short bout with cancer.  He enjoyed his time with Troop 35 and took great pride in his work at M Prime and E Star.

ASM James S. Spamer recently passed away at age 79.  He was an ASM from 1960-1966.  His son James is Eagle 49.
